An organization can use free I.T. resources in its business and operations. An employee can use free I.T. resources in his/her work. 

You are required to introduce at least one free application (software), free system or free internet web service that is useful in the workplace to improve the efficiency and productivity of the users. 

[remark: the free app/service/system introduced can be used in any working occasions or areas. It does not necessarily limit to the scope or nature of your existing job. ]

In the report, the contents should include (but not limited to) the following aspects:

- Introduction: cleanly introduce the freeware/app/free services and its source (i.e, where to access it or download it.) 

- Usefullness at the work place: briefly describe how the recommended software assists the user in the workplace

- Features. Functions and Characteristics: identify the functions, characteristics and features of it. Try to discover interesting usages of the app, and try to discuss it in an interesting way.

[hint: You can use case examples, pictures, charts & graphs to help your elaboration.]

- Comparing With Other Similar Apps or Services : compare it with other similar counterparts from different perspectives.

- Advantages and Limitations: based on your own user experience, discuss the strengths and weaknesses (pros and cons) of the app/freeware/free service 

- Conclusion: Other contents that you may like to add. Then wrap up the essay with a brief summary.
